OGSI designs and builds Medical Air Compressor Systems that are fully assembled and tested in the USA, using excellent components, complying with strict quality controls, and offered in a variety of arrangements to meet market demands. Oil-less technology is available in Scroll or Piston type, in Horizontal, Vertical or Modular arrangement in duplex, triplex, quadruplex or multiplex configurations.
OGSI controls and makes the whole production process at its factory, allowing to add options in 50 or 60 Hz, laboratory systems, sterile filters, sequential operation for energy savings, epoxy or galvanized finishes and coating on tanks and any special configuration available upon request.
The OGSI Medical Air Compressors Systems (SmArt Series) are built with ODP electric motors mounted over slide bases to allow easy belts tension adjustment and OSHA approved totally enclosed belt guard.
Each unit is equipped with heavy duty air filter with threaded connection, high discharge temperature protection device, after-cooler with trap and automatic drain, flex hose and manual valve which allows isolation from system to facilitate maintenance tasks without interrupting the equipment operation.
